These terms govern use of Rafiki Pharmacy System. By creating an account or paying for a package, you accept them for yourself or the business you are authorised to represent.
1. The Rafiki service
Rafiki provides tools for sales, stock, medicine records, suppliers, finance, staff and reports. Features may improve over time. Rafiki is not a pharmacist, doctor, accountant, lawyer or TRA fiscal device; required professionals and integrations remain the customer’s responsibility.
2. Package and payment
The Rafiki Pharmacy package is TZS 35,000 for 30 days and includes one branch, up to 10 staff and 5 devices unless agreed otherwise in writing. Access starts after verified payment. Fees for a started period are not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, protect passwords and PINs, enrol appropriate devices, give each person suitable access, maintain required licences and professionals, and review stock, prices, sales and reports. The system may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity or attempts to access another pharmacy.
4. Expiry, suspension and data
After the 30 days there are 7 days of grace to renew. Access may then be suspended until payment is verified. Suspension does not delete records. We may suspend an account that threatens security or breaches these terms and will provide a contact route where practical.
5. Availability and limits
We use professional care to keep the service secure and available, but networks, devices, payment providers and events outside our control may interrupt it. Where law permits, Rafiki’s liability will not exceed the fee paid for the current service period.
