Is Rafiki only a point of sale system?+
No. Sales are one part. Rafiki also covers stock, expiry, medicine records, suppliers, purchasing, shifts, expenses, permissions and owner reports.
Do the owner and pharmacist see the same things?+
No. The owner sees business and administration; the pharmacist sees counter, medicines, customers, stock and shifts. This protects responsibility.
Can I use my phone?+
Yes. Rafiki is designed for phones, tablets and computers through a secure browser.
What happens when the subscription expires?+
You have 7 days of grace to renew. After that access is paused until payment is verified; your records are not deleted.
Can I import stock from Excel?+
Yes. Save it as CSV, upload it, review every row and approve it before it writes medicine or stock records.
